Return Policy

You will have the 7 days from the day you receive your item to return the item for a full refund to the original form of payment.

Anything between 8-14 days will be available for store credit only. Once we have received your return, you will receive an E-Certificate via email. E-Certificates and store credits at HAUS 131 do not expire.

• To receive a full refund, your items MUST be postmarked within 7 days from the day you received your items.
• Returns postmarked between 8-14 days will be eligible for store credit or exchange ONLY.
• Anything returned after 14 days will be shipped back to you and will not be accepted.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition, and tag still attached.
• Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.
• Shoes must be returned in original shoe box.
• Sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE. This includes items purchased with a discount code. (free shipping discount codes are exempt)

TERMS + CONDITIONS:

• Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
• Full refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. No exceptions.
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We inspect all Returns & Exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.
• We have the right to refuse any items that do not meet our return criteria. In the case of refusal, you will be notified and your items will be returned to you.
• You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.
